The most important tool in the program is stretching. You will learn a new method that engages your mind in controlling your body. The five stretches take ninety-five seconds to perform and will give your whole body a general stretch. With consistency and time (six to eight weeks), you will be able to take control of your body, be more aware, and reach your optimal level of flexibility. The first step in building your healthy lifestyle is to stretch at least twice daily.
